A SEMrush export is a list. It doesn't tell you what to do.

You get thousands of rows of volume, difficulty and CPC. Then you spend an evening sorting columns and still aren't sure which post to write.

One workbook that turns a keyword list into a content plan.

See your best keyword in seconds

Every keyword gets a Priority Score and a High, Medium or Low label. Sort once and your next article is at the top.

Find quick wins you already own

Add your current position. Keywords ranking 11 to 20 are flagged "Page 2 – Quick Win", so a small update can move them to page 1.

Group keywords into topics

Name a cluster once and the Cluster Summary shows volume, difficulty, CPC and high-priority count for the whole topic.

Track the work, not just the data

Columns for target URL, funnel stage, status, owner, notes and dates keep research and publishing in one place.

Catch mistakes before they cost you

A Data Check banner warns about duplicate keywords, missing SEMrush values, numbers pasted as text, and misspelled intent.

Start in minutes

Paste your SEMrush export into the marked columns. Formulas, dashboard and clusters are already built and update by themselves.

A transparent score you can trust and adjust.

No black box. The Instructions tab explains exactly how each keyword is scored.

Questions

Does it connect to SEMrush?

No. You export keywords from SEMrush and paste them in. That keeps it simple and works with any plan.

Do I need to know Excel formulas?

No. Every formula is already in place down to row 1000. You only type or paste into the input columns.

Can I use it for more than one site?

Yes. Make a copy for each project or client.

Will it work in Google Sheets or Numbers?

Yes, it should work in Google Sheets and Numbers too. It's built for Excel, though, so basic use will be fine elsewhere.

How do I get the file?

You receive a download link right after checkout.

What if it isn't right for me?

No refunds. All purchases are final.
